Yoga can help improve your flexibility and strength to increase mobility, awareness, and mindfulness. Join Ren Hawkes, in this slow flow class geared towards older adults. Classes include seated, standing and reclining poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Modifications will be suggested to accommodate all fitness levels. Bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio. Ren Hawkes has been studying yoga and movement for over 20 years. A 200 hr. yoga teacher, Ren is certified as a Let Your Yoga Dance instructor, children's yoga teacher and a Yin yoga instructor. She brings her love of nature and the world around her to everything that she teaches.
