Even for those who may not be gluten sensitive there may be benefits to avoiding it. We will look at the way wheat has evolved and why gluten may be affecting our health.
Joanne is a retired practical nurse and has a master degree in rehabilitation counseling from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Joanne has experienced and understands the issues of gluten sensitivity and would like to share what she has learned over the past twenty years as she traveled the journey to a healthy lifestyle of eating gluten free. Joanne will also provide some gluten free snacks for taste testing.
