In this class, you will want a set of hand weights anywhere from 5 lbs to - 15 lbs. Jenna is a certified Group Fitness instructor with a degree in Exercise Science. Jenna has taught group fitness classes for over a decade and enjoys helping people move their bodies to feel empowered and strong!
