This program introduces the basic concepts of yoga and Pilates to new students. It will provide the foundations of both areas of fitness and build core strength, flexibility and increase mobility. This class is a great intro before doing the full Yoga/Pilates class. Please bring a yoga mat, water and yoga blocks (if you have them). Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 20 years, teaching Pilates for more than 13 years and Yoga for more than 7 years. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels.
