This program introduces the basic concepts of Yoga and Pilates to new students. It will provide the foundations of both fitness areas, build core strength and flexibility, and increase mobility. This class is an excellent intro before doing the full Yoga/Pilates class. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and yoga blocks (if you have them). Theresa has been a certified group fitness instructor for over 30 years, teaching Pilates for more than 18 years and Yoga for 12. She is committed to providing functional strengthening to all ages and ability levels.
